However, if you decide to return an item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Return & Exchange Policy
At Amazon Prints! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. To ensure a hassle-free return process, we have established the following 30-day return policy:
1. Eligibility:
- Only items purchased directly from Amazon Prints are eligible for return.
- Customized or personalized t-shirts cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or with a printing error.
2. Timeframe:
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if eligible.
4. Return Conditions:
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.
- The original packaging, if any, should also be included and undamaged.
5. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
6. Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
7. Non-Returnable Items:
- The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or with a printing error: customized or personalized t-shirts, undergarments, and clearance items.
8. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
